Insurance that fits your home, your car, and your business, and still fits next year.
California's insurance market has changed. Fewer carriers are writing new homeowners policies, premiums are rising, and more families are being moved to the FAIR Plan. We help homeowners and business owners in the valley understand their options, close coverage gaps, and keep their policies current.

Non-renewed or moved to the FAIR Plan? You still have options.
Many homeowners in Southwest Riverside County have received non-renewal notices or seen premiums climb sharply. The California FAIR Plan can provide basic fire coverage when the standard market won't, but it is a limited policy on its own.
Pairing a FAIR Plan policy with a Difference in Conditions (DIC) policy can help fill the gaps, such as liability, theft, and water damage, depending on the carrier and policy form. We review what you have, explain what each policy does and doesn't cover, and check the standard market again at renewal in case options have improved.
Coverage availability, terms, and pricing vary by carrier, property, and underwriting.
Personal and business coverage, placed and reviewed in one place.

Most people don't read their policy until they need it. Our job is to make sure you know what it says before that day comes, and that it still fits the life you have now.

Straight answers, before you call.
Can you lower my premium?
Sometimes. We shop the carriers available for your situation and look at deductibles, discounts, and bundling. In some cases better coverage costs more, and we'll show you that trade-off plainly rather than steer you to the cheapest option.
I received a non-renewal notice. What should I do?
Call us as soon as you receive it, ideally 45 days or more before your renewal date. We'll check the standard market first. If the FAIR Plan is the right path, we'll explain how a DIC policy can be paired with it and what each one covers.
Does my homeowners policy cover earthquakes?
Standard homeowners policies and the FAIR Plan exclude earthquake damage. Separate earthquake coverage is available through the California Earthquake Authority and some private carriers. Deductibles are typically a percentage of the dwelling limit, so we'll walk through what that means in dollars for your home.
Will switching carriers leave me uninsured?
Not if it's coordinated. We line up the new policy's effective date with the cancellation of the old one so there's no gap. Don't cancel an existing policy until the new one is confirmed in writing.
How are you paid?
Quotes and policy reviews are free. When we place a policy, we're typically paid a commission by the insurance carrier. If any fee applies, we'll disclose it in writing before you decide.
